Diamondport engagement rings and wedding rings are all made to order, handcrafted rings, manufactured in Brisbane. Our talented designers use the latest in computer-aided (CAD) jewellery design software to create beautiful, high-quality Australian made rings.

Our dedicated team of jewellery manufacturers are also able to handmake rings starting with just the raw materials. This process involves a small bar of metal which is rolled, bent, twisted and shaped to form a ring. It’s labour intensive, thus more expensive than CAD cast rings. If you would like a handmade ring, please discuss this at your consultation.

Diamondport Handcrafted rings utilise Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Elements of a ring (usually a setting and shank) are cast in a mould then cleaned, joined, set and polished by hand.
At Diamondport, we prefer to make handcrafted rings as it enables a better design in the ring. It’s an efficient, more precise method, and produces high quality, durable rings.

A 50% deposit is generally required when you first order your ring and the remaining 50% will be due on pickup of your ring.

At Diamondport, we have a True Love Guarantee – if she doesn’t love the Diamondport ring you choose, we’ll remake it, simple as that! We want you to both be overjoyed with your engagement ring, and if that means redesigning and remaking it, we’ll happily do so.

As for custom makes, we offer the remake at a 50% discount.

Our Diamondport range can be delivered within a 4-6 week timeframe.

Custom rings can be delivered within a 7-week timeframe but can be delayed due to the design process. We’ll give you a timeline during the design stage – we know you’re eager to pop the question.

We do try to meet all deadlines though – if you need a ring quickly, get in touch and we can work with you the best we can. We have been known to create a custom engagement ring in only a few days.

Yes, we do custom design rings. Our studio is easily located in the Queen St Mall in the Brisbane CBD which allows you to easily consult with our designers to create your perfect engagement ring.

With your Diamondport engagement ring purchase, we ensure your new ring fits by offering a free resizing. Additionally, all of our rings have a lifetime guarantee on workmanship. All warranty claims and ring resizing must be brought or sent back to us. For those not in Brisbane, we will organise a courier to send it back to us.
